The Honorable Thomas Stuckey

Associate Judge, Centex Child Protection Court South

Thomas Stuckey has been the associate judge of the Centex Child Protection Court South since October 1, 2015.  His court serves Guadalupe, Caldwell, Gonzales, Lavaca, and Colorado Counties.  Prior to his appointment as an associate judge, he was a Regional Attorney with the Texas Department of Family & Protectives Services in Region 8 from 2010 to 2015.  Judge Stuckey served as the chair of the Children’s Commission Task Force on Court-Appointed Legal Representation.  He is a member of the College of the State Bar of Texas.  Judge Stuckey is a graduate of Texas A&M University and the University of Houston Law Center.
